Community Manager – Republic Note

The Community Manager will serve as an instrumental part of Republic’s community effort leveraging the Republic Note. You will get hands-on experience in developing and testing strategies to build an investor community, establishing operational infrastructures to provide gated utilities to Republic Note holders, and assisting in the launch of new products.

The Republic Note is a unique digital asset: A revenue-sharing, community-driven digital asset that provides holders with a derivative right to the economic upside of parts of the Republic ecosystem. In addition to being a financial instrument, the Republic Note has the potential to stand at the nexus of Republic’s various community building and investor engagement efforts.

Republic has raised over $30 million through the Republic Note from 5,000+ retail investors and institutional investors such as Binance Labs, Naspers, PIF, etc.

The position will report directly to the one of Republic’s Co-Founders and the Principal in charge of the Republic Note project, while working cross-functionally with different business units within the Republic ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact between the project and the community, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback across various communication channels (Telegram, Slack, Twitter, etc.).
• Foster meaningful discussion and facilitate community-driven events around the topic of tokenization and/or private investing to keep the community engaged and informed.

Content Creation and Curation

• Create and curate relevant and engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and educational materials to keep the community informed about project developments.

Moderation and Conflict Resolution

• Develop community rules and guidelines for each community platform; communicate such rules and guidelines with investors.
• Maintain a respectful and positive community environment by enforcing community guidelines and addressing conflicts or issues as they arise.

Feedback Collection

• Develop and deploy surveys, interviews, and other collection tools to gather feedback from the community regarding project updates, features, and improvements, and communicate this feedback to the development team.

Data Analysis

• Analyze community data and metrics to track community growth, sentiment, and engagement, using these insights to make data-driven decisions.
